Stefanie Peters

Stefanie Peters is an executive managing partner at NEUMAN & ESSER Holding, a midsized family business and leader in technology in the production of compressors.

She studied International Business Administration at HEAO in Sittard. During that time she completed a semester abroad at Anglia Polytechnic University, Chelmsford, UK and a practical semester at Warner Music Manufacturing Europe, Alsdorf. After a 15-month stay in England as a dressage riding instructor she joined a textile retail company in Düren as Executive Manager in 1999.

From 2001 to 2002, Stefanie Peters served as project manager at a consulting firm in Aachen and worked on the creation of an internet portal for dressage (focuses: pay internet, community marketing, video streaming). She began working at NEUMAN & ESSER Holding in 2003 and was named Executive Manager in 2006 with focuses on international infrastructure, IT, personnel, and communication. Stefanie Peters has been a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Rheinisch-Westfälische Wirtschaftarchiv since 2006, a Member of the ALRV Advisory Board since 2008, and Vice President of IHK Aachen since 2011.
