Elke Lücke

Elke Lücke, born in Hannover in 1961, studied Economics and has more than 25 years of experience in human resources. She began her career at Volkswagen AG.

After 10 years at Volkswagen, where she last served as head of human resources and salary affairs, she became executive manager at DAT Italia Srl in Verona in 1997. In 1999 she returned to Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg as head of human resources management and support. She became the head of Global Assignments for Asia-Pacific in 2005 and in 2007 assumed this position for all of Volkswagen AG. As of 2013 Elke Lücke has been head of human resources development and talent strategy at Porsche AG.
